The Poli Twins continually support high school, college, semi-professional, and professional athletes working to hone their abilities in a range of sporting events and physical disciplines.
They also work with a range of clients looking to resume or maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. From work professionals and weekend warriors, to students and retired adults, and individuals recovering from injuries or post operative procedures, Poli Twins works to elevate your overall health and well-being. Anthony and Nicholas have witnessed the incomparable benefits of manual therapy as a primary form of recovery and rehab. It’s a form of therapy that some physical therapists tend to neglect in the course of their treatments.
The brothers love working with individuals to train their movement patterns, correct muscle imbalances, and move past any impediments or setbacks that may currently be limiting their patients’ physical performance.
Born and raised in Tuckahoe, New York, Anthony Poli earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2017.
Anthony approaches each patient with empathy and care, taking the time to understand their unique needs and goals. He is patient and supportive, always encouraging his patients to push themselves towards their full potential.
He believes that physical therapy is about more than just treating injuries or managing pain - it's about empowering people to take control of their bodies and live life to the fullest.
As an avid long distance runner, Anthony achieved a personal record at the2022 Martha's Vineyard Marathon, where he finished in just 2 hours and 53 minutes.
For Nicholas, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing his patients succeed.
He celebrates their victories and supports them through their challenges, always with a smile on his face and a positive attitude.
Nicholas’s passion for physical therapy shines through in everything he does, and his patients can’t help but feel inspired by his enthusiasm and dedication.
Nicholas completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Hunter College, graduating in 2019. He’s a lover of mixed martial arts and also spent a few years helping incorporate TrackMan technology into Major League Baseball — a benchmark innovation that tracks and integrates player analytics into the game.
